Replacement products may be shipped after verification or after receiving the returned item, depending on the case.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund timelines may vary between 5–10 business days depending on:
- Payment gateway
- Banking partners
- Processing timelines
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:
- Bank transfer
- UPI transfer
- Alternative verified payment methods
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

- Manufacturing defect is confirmed
In eligible cases, Motzu Auto Care™ may arrange reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
7. Return Shipping
For approved returns, reverse pickup may be arranged through our logistics partners where available.
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in the customer’s area, customers may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
